I’m Megan, a married mom of two. Lover of planners, stickers, pens, adventures, and lists! And I use all these as tools to help manage my anxiety, depression, and ADHD.

I’m a diversity and inclusion professional who is devoted to opening up conversation about all things! Both in the workplace and in my own life. Menstrual cycles, relationships, mental health, chaos, past foibles, and everything else – it’s all on the table!
